We send the goods by parcel or courier. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. If the goods are not available locally, we will contact you to clarify the delivery time. Delivery is free of charge for items valued over €100, if the value of the item is lower, we apply a fixed postage fee of €2.90.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 days of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must complete the withdrawal form and send it to virsbuvjuserviss@gmail.com. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the goods are not as ordered.

The right of withdrawal and return do not apply to car paint, balloons, and pencils that have been custom-made. We also do not guarantee colour compatibility if the colour shade has not been specially applied in our on-site service.
