We send the goods by parcel or courier. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. If the goods are not available locally, we will contact you to clarify the delivery time. Delivery is free of charge for items valued over €100, if the value of the item is lower, we apply a fixed postage fee of €2.90.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 days of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must complete the withdrawal form and send it to [email protected]. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the goods are not as ordered.
Atteikuma tiesības un preču atgriešana neattiecas uz auto krāsam, baloniņiem, un zīmuļiem, kas uzjaukti uz pasūtījuma. Tāpat arī negarantējam krāsas saderību ja krāsas tonis nav speciāli piemeklēts mūsu servisā - klātienē.
